Call for Breakout Session Proposals
We are seeking submissions from healthcare organizations delivering an NMDOH program to their patients or members. These sessions will highlight innovations in NMDOH service delivery. This is an opportunity to showcase your organization’s progress in implementing programs that address the conditions in which your patients/members are born, grow, work, live, and age.

- Call for Proposals Opens: Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
- Submission Deadline: Wednesday, August 28, 2024, by 5:00 pm CT.
- Proposal Notifications: Wednesday, September 18, 2024, by 5:00 pm CT.
