Evidence-to-Practice for Non-Medical Drivers of Health (E2 Practice NMDOH)
In partnership with the Social Interventions Research & Evaluation Network (SIREN) the Texas Consortium for the Non-Medical Drivers of Health has developed a curated collection of resources for implementation of services addressing non-medical drivers of health.
The E2Practice NMDOH initiative synthesizes practice-ready resources to support health care systems in implementing screening, referral, and service delivery strategies that address non-medical drivers of health. The curated collection includes implementation guides, toolkits, evaluation frameworks, and referral protocols, each selected for relevance and practical applicability. Particular attention was given to resources that reflect the opportunities and realities of health care delivery in Texas, while recognizing that many of the included resources are broadly applicable across settings.
