E2Practice NMDOH: Turning Evidence Practice

This webinar introduced to the Evidence-to-Practice for Non-Medical Drivers of Health (E2Practice NMDOH) resource.

This curated collection of practice-ready resources is designed to help health care organizations implement strategies addressing non-medical drivers of health.

Developed by the Texas Consortium for the Non-Medical Drivers of Health in partnership with the Social Interventions Research & Evaluation Network (SIREN), E2Practice brings together implementation guides, toolkits, evaluation frameworks, referral protocols, and other resources selected for their practical relevance to health care organizations. Representatives from both organizations introduced the resource, shared the story behind its development, and demonstrated how E2Practice can help organizations move from evidence to implementation.

Behind the Resource: How E2Practice was developed, how resources were selected, and why particular attention was given to the opportunities and realities of health care delivery in Texas.
