This new curated collection of practice-ready resources is designed to help health care organizations implement strategies addressing non-medical drivers of health..
Developed by the Texas Consortium for the Non-Medical Drivers of Health in partnership with the Social Interventions Research & Evaluation Network (SIREN), E2Practice brings together implementation guides, toolkits, evaluation frameworks, referral protocols, and other resources selected for their practical relevance to health care organizations. Representatives from both organizations will introduce the new resource, share the story behind its development, and demonstrate how E2Practice can help organizations move from evidence to implementation.
