Addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) in Hospital Patients

The TMF Health Quality Institute played an instrumental role in helping hospitals adopt NMDOH measures required under the CMS Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) program. This webinar highlighted TMF’s experience convening affinity groups of hospital professionals to prepare for NMDOH screening implementation. The session shared key findings, discussion themes, and practical resources that supported hospitals in advancing their screening efforts and reporting progress.
