Partnering for Impact: How CBOs and MCOs Can Address Non-Medical Drivers of Health

Community First Health Plans and Latched have teamed up to offer pregnancy, parenting, and child safety support in San Antonio, Texas. In the last legislative session, HB 1575 aimed to improve maternal health outcomes by expanding case management for non-medical needs by doulas and community health workers. In response, managed care organizations (MCOs) are looking to community-based organizations (CBOs) to help address NMDOH. This webinar will explore what CBOs need to know—and do—to build successful partnerships with MCOs.
